Competencies

The STREAM project aims to define a set of competences that VET trainers and company mentors should have to plan and manage quality WBL experiences. The following three clusters of competences will be the framework in which the partnership will carry out research to identify the exact meaning and learning contents to be delivered through an e-learning experience, recognised in a micro-credential and awarded with the relative Digital Competence badge:

STREAM Competence Badges

INCLUSIVE COMPETENCIES – Inclusion, intercultural/cross cultural and intersectional competencies in international WBL
mobilities

DITIGAL COMPETENCIES – Digital skills related to the digital transformation of the WBL and international mobilities, with
reference to DigComp

GREEN COMPETENCIES – Ensuring environmental sustainability and carbon reduction in organising and implementing WBL and international mobilities, with reference to GreenComp

 

Three STREAM competence badges will be created and issued on the successful completion of the eLearning course:

  • STREAM Green WBL
    • STREAM Inclusive WBL
    • STREAM Digital WBL
    • STREAM Green WBL
