IDEC is a training consulting company located in Piraeus, Greece. They specialize in providing training, management consulting, quality assurance, and digital solutions for both private and public sectors. IDEC consists of four departments:

For the past 35 years, IDEC has been active in the field of EU projects. They have extensive experience in European policies related to lifelong learning, including specific frameworks such as EQF (European Qualifications Framework), ECVET (European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training), Europass, EQAVET (European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training), and the validation of non-formal and informal learning. Additionally, IDEC is well-versed in work-based learning and apprenticeship schemes, as well as contributing to national reforms in education and training systems.
